Proximo may collect and store any personal information you enter through the Services or the Site. This may include personally identifying information, such as your name, username, and email address. Proximo may also request information about your company, including its name, phone number, website, employer identification number, revenues, number of employees, diversity certifications, NAICS codes, and business description, and location. No system can be completely secure. Therefore, Proximo does not promise, and you should not expect, that such information may not be inadvertently collected and that such personal information will remain secure.2. You can manage your profile information and choose which companies you agree to share your profile information with through the Site and Services.
Please note that to the extent you include any personal or company information in any content you upload to the Site and/or Services, we have the right to publish that content in connection with the operation of the Services.
As part of the Services, Proximo will facilitate the sharing of your information with third parties who may be seeking to hire a vendor providing services similar to those that you provide. As part of this process, companies may obtain information about a vendor’s products and services, revenues, certifications, number of employees, employee demographics in the aggregate, location, and/or other information. Companies may use this information solely within the Site and Services and for their own internal decision-making purposes.
Proximo forbids the use of the Site and Services to individuals age 18 and below, without the consent of a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Proximo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
